Cucumber and rose petal yoghurt

Serves 6 Sauces and accompaniments

Ingredients

  • 250g natural yoghurt
  • 250g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 large cucumber, very finely chopped
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 2tbsp dried mint
  • 1tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 2tbsp dried rose petals, plus
  • 1tsp for garnish

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and leave to cool in the fridge for 1 hour. Garnish with extra rose petals.
